Port Douglas – Enjoy one of the most scenic coastal drives in Australia along the Captain Cook Highway. You may arrange to stay longer at your own pre-booked accommodation and rejoin the tour on a following day.
The Rainforest Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary – Your guide will lead you on a discovery tour. Get up close and learn about unique wildlife including the cassowary, koalas and crocodiles. Free time to wander freely or purchase breakfast / morning tea.
Mossman Gorge – Interpretive rainforest walk and, if time permits, a swim in the pristine crystal clear Mossman River.
Lunch at Crossroads Café (included). Enjoy your choice of burger at this Aussie Outback-style Café.
Daintree River Cruise – On arrival tea, coffee & biscuits are served for afternoon tea. Look out for local wildlife including water birds and Estuarine Crocodiles on a 1 hour Daintree River Cruise.
Daintree River Cable Ferry – Cross and enter Daintree National Park.
Stop at Alexandra Lookout with magnificent views of the Daintree River and Coral Sea.
Cape Tribulation Beach – Relax, swim, or join your guide for a walk through this unique ecosystem on the boardwalks to the lookout for great photo opportunities.
Depart Cape Tribulation for return journey to Cairns at 4.30pm (approx) arriving at 7:30pm (approx).
